Tattoo/Permanent Makeup/Medical Tattoo Piercing Deposit And Cancellation Policy

* Tattoo and Permanent Makeup appointment Deposit and drawing fee is $100. * Larger tattoo designs bigger than 6 inches will require a $140-$280 deposit and drawing fee. * The deposit and drawing fee are NON-REFUNDABLE! * A deposit for $35 is needed in order to make a piercing appointment ( this includes same day appointments) tardiness more then 15 minutes or a no show will forfeit deposit. * 48 hours notice is required in order to cancel your appointment and move it to another day and time. * More then one appointment change on the schedule will also forfeit deposit. So please plan accordingly. * A no call/no show or more than 15 minutes late will forfeit you deposit and another one will be needed for a service appointment to be made. (Even if you decide to not get the tattoo/permanent makeup/ medical tattoo and piercing service.) * Venmo, Cash and Credit Card are the only excepted forms of payment, so please plan accordingly!
